Biophilic Acoustic Systems

Engineering Silence. Specifying Nature.

We turn commercial blueprints into modular, fire-rated, preserved biophilic acoustic installations. Zero maintenance, infinite architectural impact.

NRC 1.01

Noise Reduction Coefficient

Achieved through 9.5 mm high-density recycled PET felt backing substrates. Exceeds standard Class A acoustic panel benchmarks across mid-to-high frequency ranges (500 Hz – 4 kHz), making these systems specification-ready for open-plan offices, boardrooms, and atrium environments.

Fire Rating Classification

All panel systems are structurally mapped to meet ASTM E84 Class A fire ratings with a Flame Spread Index of 0–25 and Smoke Developed Index ≤ 450. Fully compliant with IBC Section 803 interior finish requirements for commercial occupancies, including Type I and Type II construction.

Glycerin Stabilization Protocol

Nordic reindeer moss (Cladonia rangiferina) is preserved via a plant-based glycerin stabilization method that replaces cellular moisture, maintaining elasticity and tactile softness indefinitely. Requires no irrigation, UV supplementation, or soil medium. Stable in standard indoor humidity ranges of 40%–60% RH.

Collaborative Process

From blueprint to installation in three frictionless steps.

01
Blueprint Ingestion

Upload your elevation drawings.

Submit your architectural elevation drawings in PDF or DWG format through our secure B2B intake portal. Our system accepts AutoCAD, Revit exports, and hand-drafted scans at any resolution. No proprietary software required on your end.

Accepted formats: PDF, DWG, DXF, RVT
02
Modular Grid Parsing

Automated panel layout generation.

Our digital design backend automatically partitions the submitted wall elevation into puzzle-fitting, interlocking panel layouts. Each module is dimensioned to your structural grid, accounting for MEP penetrations, door clearances, and seismic anchorage zones.

Output: Panel schedule + isometric layout PDF
03
Localized Fabrication Routing

Regional dispatch to vetted fabricators.

Production-ready vector files and cut sheets are dispatched directly to vetted local fabrication bureaus in your project's region. This eliminates long-haul freight, reduces lead times, and supports regional supply chain compliance for LEED MR credits.

Lead time: 10–18 business days post-approval
Technical Intake

Submit your blueprint for a technical estimate.

Upload your elevation drawings and project parameters. Our team will return a full acoustic layout, compliance summary, and regional fabrication estimate within 24–48 hours.
